Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Pau Lak and Myo Ko Lead Fort Wayne Snider to Victory

Fort Wayne Snider won the last time they faced DeKalb and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Panthers put the hurt on the Barons with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Panthers.

Fort Wayne Snider was especially dominant in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-14, 25-20.

Fort Wayne Snider was led to victory by Myo Ko and Pau Lak. Ko had four digs and four aces, while Lak had 18 assists and three digs. Lak is on a roll when it comes to assists, as he's now posted 15 or more in each of the last seven games he's played. Ramaj Totten also deserves some recognition as he posted his first assist of the season.

They weren't the only good server: Fort Wayne Snider was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 16 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in March.

Fort Wayne Snider's win bumped their record up to 10-2. As for DeKalb, their defeat was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-10.

Coming up, Fort Wayne Snider will host Kokomo at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for DeKalb, they will take on Carroll at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Chargers will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something the Barons surely won't give up without a fight.
