Basketball Recap: Georgia-Cumberland Academy's Loss Ends Three-Game Winning Streak on the Road

Georgia-Cumberland Academy lost against CSTHEA back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Jaguars fell 67-58 to the Patriots. The contest marked the Jaguars' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Despite the loss, Georgia-Cumberland Academy still got an impressive performance from Austin Samms, who posted 26 points in addition to eight assists and seven boards. Samms is also crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Kaden Carter, who put up 17 points and seven rebounds.

Georgia-Cumberland Academy's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 4-3. As for CSTHEA, they pushed their record up to 4-0 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.
