Volleyball Game Preview: Trimble Tomcats vs. Symmes Valley Vikings

The Trimble Tomcats will be taking part in a tournament against the Symmes Valley Vikings at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

On Thursday, Trimble came up short against Federal Hocking and fell 3-1. The Tomcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Trimble started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 15-25, 25-16, 25-17, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Symmes Valley lost 3-0 to Northwest on Wednesday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-12, 25-15.

Trimble's defeat dropped their record down to 10-12. As for Symmes Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 1-18.
