Softball Preview: Cooper Jaguars vs. Grant County Braves
The Cooper Jaguars will head out on the road to take on the Grant County Braves at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Grant County took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Cooper, who comes in off a win.
Cooper took a loss when they played away from home on Monday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Wednesday. Everything went their way against Scott as they made off with a 10-0 victory.
Cooper got a great performance from Lily Spraker as she didn't allow a single earned run over five innings pitched. Spraker has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in five consecutive appearances.
