Sands has gone 9-0 against Borden County recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Sands Mustangs will take on the Borden County Coyotes at 6:30 p.m. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Friday, Sands earned a 37-27 victory over Klondike. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Mustangs.

Meanwhile, Borden County blew past Dawson, posting a 66-18 win. The Coyotes have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 20 points or more this season.

Sands pushed their record up to 11-10 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.7 points per game. As for Borden County, their win bumped their record up to 13-6.

Sands didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Borden County in their previous meeting back in February of 2022, but they still walked away with a 36-30 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Sands since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
