Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Northwest Catholic). They simply couldn't be stopped on Wednesday as they easily beat the Conard Red Wolves 86-50. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 23 points or more this season.

Northwest Catholic's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-2. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.3 points per game. As for Conard, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-6 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Northwest Catholic will host Simsbury at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Conard, they will welcome Bristol Eastern at 6:45 p.m. on Friday.
