Volleyball Recap: Cole Haroldsen Leads a Balanced Effort to Beat Central

Buchanan won the last time they faced Central and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Bears blew past the Grizzlies 3-0. The Bears not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 3rd (when they won 3-0).

Buchanan got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the third set. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-16, 31-29.

Buchanan's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Cole Haroldsen, who had 25 assists and five digs. That's the most assists Haroldsen has posted since back in March. Ethan Hobbs was another key player, getting 11 digs and three assists.

Buchanan is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-15 record this season. As for Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-11.
