There's no place like home for Columbus, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. Everything went their way against the Edna Cowboys on Tuesday as they made off with a 13-5 victory. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Columbus pushed their record up to 9-8 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.6 runs on average over those games. As for Edna, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record this season.
