After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Hillside, Chapel Hill was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They breezed past the Northern Durham Knights to the tune of 48-14. With that victory, the Tigers brought their scoring average up to 28.1 points per game.

Samuel Zimmermann was nothing short of spectacular: he rushed for 48 yards and two TDs, and also threw for 111 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Those two rushing touchdowns gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Dominic Miller, who rushed for 59 yards and one score.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Chapel Hill was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 249 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.
