Baseball Recap: Lewis & Clark Tigers vs. Shadle Park Highlanders

Lewis & Clark had lost four straight at home, but on Tuesday they dropped down to 1-6 to make it five. They lost 9-3 to the Shadle Park Highlanders. The Tigers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Highlanders earlier this season, when they won 10-4.

Alex King was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he struck out six batters over six innings while giving up five earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits (and only one walk).
