Baseball Recap: Havre de Grace Comes Up Short

Havre de Grace had lost three straight on the road, but on Tuesday they dropped down to 2-8 to make it four. They lost 10-0 to the Fallston Cougars. The Warriors were not able to make up for their defeat to the Cougars from their previous meeting back in May of 2024.

As for Fallston, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-4. They might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matchups by nine runs or more this season.

For Fallston's part, Ryan Cullison looked comfortable as he tossed 3.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.

On the hitting side, Carter Flanagan was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs, two RBI, and one double. Those three hits gave him a new career-high. Finn Rebasti also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Havre de Grace is set to take on their familiar foe Edgewood at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Fallston will square off against rival Rising Sun at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
