Baseball Game Preview: Washington Jaguars vs. North Dorchester Eagles

The Washington Jaguars will venture away from home to square off against the North Dorchester Eagles at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Washington's hitters haven't had much luck over their past three matchups, but Wednesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Tuesday, Washington didn't have quite enough to beat Pocomoke and fell 3-2.

Washington saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Seth Turner, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Meanwhile, North Dorchester got the win against Kent County on Tuesday by a conclusive 17-5. The victory continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Trojans: they've now won seven in a row.

North Dorchester's win bumped their record up to 7-10. As for Washington, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-13.
