Volleyball Recap: Concordia Lutheran Beats St. Pius X for Their Tenth Straight Victory

Concordia Lutheran waltzed into their matchup on Monday with nine straight wins... but they left with ten. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the St. Pius X Panthers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in September.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-11, 25-18.

Despite the defeat, St. Pius X saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Addi Kyle had eight digs and four assists.

Concordia Lutheran's win bumped their record up to 29-16. As for St. Pius X, their loss dropped their record down to 17-13-1.

Concordia Lutheran does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for St. Pius X, they will head out to square off against St. John XXIII at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
