Softball Recap: Port Washington Takes a Loss

Port Washington couldn't beat Greendale on Saturday even though they stacked four runs on them in the seventh inning. The Pirates fell 12-7 to the Panthers. The Pirates have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Port Washington's loss dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Greendale, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season.

Port Washington has already played their next contest, a 4-0 defeat against Cedarburg on the 28th. As for Greendale, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 20-10 win against Pius XI Catholic on the 28th.
