Softball Recap: Wheaton Comes Up Short

Wheaton fell victim to Clarksburg and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They lost 10-0 to the Coyotes. Having soared to a lofty 13 runs in the game before, the Knights' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Wheaton has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-10 record this season. As for Clarksburg, their victory was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-6.

As of now, neither Wheaton nor the Coyotes have any future games scheduled.
