Softball Recap: Aragon Takes a Loss

Aragon came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 9-3 to the Archbishop Mitty Monarchs.

Aragon saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Olivia Mukherjee, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double. Zoe Farrigan also deserves some recognition as she got her first hit of the season.

Aragon's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Archbishop Mitty, their record now sits at 2-0.

Aragon has already played their next match, a 9-2 defeat against Live Oak on the 1st. As for Archbishop Mitty, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Salinas on the 1st.
