Soccer Recap: Speedway Has No Trouble Against Indian Creek

Indian Creek kept up with Speedway until halftime on Saturday, but afterwards: not so much. The Sparkplugs blew past the Braves 6-2. That looming 6-2 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Speedway yet this season.

Speedway's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Indian Creek, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Speedway will head out to square off against Lebanon at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Lebanon will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Speedway surely won't give up without a fight. As for Indian Creek, they will venture away from home to challenge Triton Central at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
