Softball Recap: Granite Falls Tigers vs. Coupeville Wolves

After flying high against Friday Harbor on Monday, Granite Falls came back down to earth. The Tigers took a 5-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Coupeville Wolves on Tuesday. The Tigers were red-hot at the plate heading into the game (they scored no less than ten runs in the three matches prior), but the Wolves' pitcher proved too tough.

Bella Frye spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned (and one unearned) runs on five hits.
