Basketball Recap: Stratton Comes Up Short

Stratton's tournament run continued when they took on Syracuse on Saturday. The Stratton Eagles had to suffer through a 62-27 loss at the hands of the Syracuse Bulldogs.

Stratton lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Judson Isenbart, who posted six points and ten rebounds.

Stratton now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Syracuse, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-1.

Stratton will take on Hi-Plains in a holiday battle at at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Syracuse and Wichita County will compete for holiday cheer at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
