Meanwhile, after soaring to 15 runs the game before, Mapletown was a bit more limited in their game two weeks ago. They fell victim to a tough 20-2 defeat at the hands of McGuffey.
Jefferson-Morgan made their fans wait, but they earned their first win of the season to make their record 1-3. As for Mapletown, they now have a losing record at 2-3.
Jefferson-Morgan was able to grind out a solid victory over Mapletown in their previous meeting back in May of 2022, winning 7-2.
