Football Recap: Make It Nine in a Row for Laverne + How To Watch

It's playoff time, and Laverne had no trouble coming through when it counted. They didn't even let the Pond Creek-Hunter Panthers on the board on Friday, marking the Tigers' second-straight 48-0 shutout. Considering the Tigers have won seven contests by more than 23 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

The win was the ninth in a row for Laverne, bringing their record up to 10-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 7.3 points on average over those games. As for Pond Creek-Hunter, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 9-4 record.
