Softball Recap: Gorham Extends Road Winning Streak to Three

Gorham's rock-solid pitchers showed up for the team's third consecutive shutout on Thursday. They never let the Noble Knights get on the board and left with an 18-0 victory. The Rams might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight games by six runs or more this season.

Gorham pushed their record up to 12-2 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for Noble, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-13.

Looking ahead, Gorham will take on Sanford at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. Noble does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
