Basketball Game Preview: Chase Trojans vs. Brevard Blue Devils

Chase hasn't had much luck against Brevard recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Chase Trojans will challenge the Brevard Blue Devils at 7:30 p.m. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Chase is headed into Thursday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their eighth straight game on Tuesday. They had to suffer through a 101-29 loss at the hands of Hendersonville. The Trojans were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 72-19.

Meanwhile, Brevard was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Wednesday as they fell 69-63 to Owen. The Blue Devils haven't had much luck with the Warhorses recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

Brevard's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Chase, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-12.
