Anika Camp put up the most strikeouts she's had since back in March on Tuesday. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out 12 over seven innings pitched. Considering she played a big game the last time she faced off against Litchfield back in May of 2024, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock. Camp has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.

Coming up, Camp and Hillsboro will welcome Gillespie at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The last time these two faced off, Camp and Co. were forced to settle for a 9-0 loss.
