McNairy Central posted their biggest victory since February 13th on Saturday. They breezed by the Scotts Hill Lions to the tune of 53-26. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 51-41 on December 5th.

The win was the fourth in a row for McNairy Central, bringing their record for this year to 10-3. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.8 points per game. As for Scotts Hill, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought when the McNairy Central Bobcats take on the Riverside Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Riverside has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 188 points over their last three games. As for Scotts Hill, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Lexington at 6:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
