Volleyball Recap: Dunbar Falls to Macarthur in First Game of Season + How To Watch

Dunbar kicked off their season on the road on Thursday and hit a couple of potholes. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the MacArthur Mammoths. The Crimson Tide were not able to make up for their loss to the Mammoths from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-11.

Dunbar will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on School Without Walls at 7:00 p.m. on the 18th. As for MacArthur, they have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Anacostia on the 6th.
