Baseball Recap: Bellevue Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Bellevue's offense. They lost 21-0 to the Colon Magi on Tuesday. The contest marked the first time this year in which the Broncos were not able to get on the board.

Bellevue is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6. As for Colon, their win bumped their record up to 7-5.

Looking ahead, Bellevue will head out to challenge Athens at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Colon, they will face off against Concord at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Yellowjackets have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 8.53 runs per game on average), something the Magi will no doubt try to take advantage of.
