Football Recap: Washougal Skates Past Hudson's Bay with Ease

While Washougal put up plenty of points on Friday, the same can't be said for Hudson's Bay. The Panthers blew past the Eagles, posting a 49-0 win. The Panthers haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

Leading Washougal to victory were Tripp Leifsen and Hunter Miller. Leifsen threw for 194 yards and three TDs while completing 90.9% of his passes, while Miller rushed for 65 yards and one score.

Washougal didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. Casey Crosby led the group effort, picking up two of those interceptions all by himself. He got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Washougal's win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Hudson's Bay, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.
