Basketball Recap: Sully Buttes Gets the Win

Sully Buttes's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Waverly/South Shore Coyotes, sneaking past 38-36.

Sully Buttes' victory bumped their record up to 9-10. As for Waverly/South Shore, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-11.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sully Buttes will head out to challenge Sunshine Bible Academy at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Sully Buttes is facing Sunshine Bible Academy at the right time seeing as Sunshine Bible Academy is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Waverly/South Shore, they are taking a road trip to face off against Britton-Hecla at 6:15 p.m. on Monday.
