Volleyball Recap: Centralia Comes Up Short

Centralia lost against California back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Panthers came up short against the Pintos, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-14, 25-11.

California's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Amelia Motley led the charge by getting seven digs and four aces. That's the most aces Motley has posted since back in October of 2024.

Centralia's defeat dropped their record down to 11-18-2. As for California, they moved to 19-8-4 with that victory, which also ended their three-match losing streak.

Centralia does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for California, they will face off against Versailles at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
