Basketball Recap: Cummings Takes a Loss

Cummings lost against T.W. Andrews back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Cavaliers took a blow against the Red Raiders, falling 73-31.

Bryson Faulk Warner was his usual excellent self, putting up 15 points and five rebounds for T.W. Andrews. Faulk Warner is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in each of the last four games he's played. Another player making a difference was Jadiah Outing, who posted nine points.

Cummings' defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for T.W. Andrews, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.

Coming up, Cummings will welcome Bartlett Yancey at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Buccaneers will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Cavaliers surely won't give up without a fight. As for T.W. Andrews, they will head out to square off against Randleman at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Red Raiders will be up against the Tigers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 61.75 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
