Basketball Recap: Foxcroft Academy Takes a Loss

After flying high against Central last Wednesday, Foxcroft Academy came back down to earth. The Foxcroft Academy Ponies came up short against the Old Town Coyotes on Friday, falling 59-37. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Ponies have suffered since January 4th.

Foxcroft Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Old Town, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Foxcroft Academy and John Bapst Memorial will round out the year against one another at at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Old Town will take on Orono in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
