Malden was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 46-30 bruising from the Lynn English Bulldogs. On the bright side, the 30- point performance marked the Golden Tornados' highest-scoring contest to date.

Malden's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Lynn English, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Malden is set to challenge their familiar foe Chelsea at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Lynn English will square off against rival Medford at 6:00 p.m. on the 17th.
