Superior's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their fourth straight loss. They suffered a rough 58-38 defeat at the hands of Thompson Falls.
Lincoln County suffered their biggest loss since December 8, 2023 on Tuesday. They were dealt a 89-58 loss at the hands of Bonners Ferry. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Superior dropped their record down to 1-7 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Lincoln County, their loss dropped their record down to 4-6.
Superior came up short against Lincoln County in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, falling 70-57. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Lincoln County's Dylan Sharp, who scored 14 points along with seven assists and seven steals.
