Canutillo has gone 9-1 against Andress recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. Canutillo is taking a road trip to challenge Andress at 6:00 p.m. Canutillo is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.5 runs per game this season.

Canutillo took a loss when they played away from home on Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. Everything went their way against El Paso as they made off with an 18-2 victory. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Eagles considering their two-run performance the game before.

Meanwhile, Andress was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They came up short against Jefferson, falling 13-2.

Brecais Montes was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one stolen base and one double. That double marked the first that she has hit this season.

Canutillo's win bumped their record up to 7-20. As for Andress, they now have a losing record of 11-12.

Fans could be in store for some top-tier slugging on Thursday. Canutillo hasn't had any problems when it comes to power this season, having averaged 0.4 home runs per game. However, it's not like Andress struggles in that department as they've been averaging 0.5 home runs. With so much power on both teams, it'll be down to the pitchers to keep the mound locked down.

Everything went Canutillo's way against Andress when the teams last played back in March, as Canutillo made off with a 12-2 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Canutillo since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
