Football Recap: Midway Comes Up Short + How To Watch

The Midway Green Wave came up short against the Jackson County Blue Devils on Friday and fell 21-14.

Jackson County found their leader in sophomore Braiden Dodson, who rushed for 136 yards and one TD. The team also got some help courtesy of Colt Loftis, who threw for 185 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Midway's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Jackson County, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Midway will square off against Greenback at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Green Wave's first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Jackson County, they will take on Clay County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
