Greenwood entered their tilt with Lavaca on Monday with nine consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with ten. They blew past the Golden Arrows 11-1. Considering the Bulldogs have won six matches by more than eight runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Greenwood's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-3. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Lavaca, they moved to 9-3 with that loss, which also ended their six-game winning streak.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Greenwood will welcome Conway at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Lavaca, they will take on Mansfield at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
