Basketball Recap: Conner Extends Home Winning Streak to Three

Conner won the last time they faced Scott and things went their way on Saturday too. The Conner Cougars snuck past the Scott Eagles with a 51-45 win.

Conner pushed their record up to 7-14 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.3 points over those games. As for Scott, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 12-9 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Conner will head out to challenge Simon Kenton at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Simon Kenton will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Conner surely won't give up without a fight. As for Scott, they will challenge McCreary Central at 8:00 p.m. on Monday.
