Basketball Game Preview: Mott Marauders vs. Center Line Panthers

The Mott Marauders will square off against the Center Line Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The squads are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Mott has struggled recently with 12 defeats in a row, while Center Line will arrive with nine straight victories.

Last Monday, Mott had to suffer through a 70-43 loss at the hands of Eastpointe.

Meanwhile, Center Line earned a 43-33 win over Imlay City on Saturday.

Center Line's win came from a few key players Mott will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was TE'REZ HOLMES, who dropped a double-double with 16 points and ten rebounds. His afternoon made it 11 games in a row in which he has scored at least 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of KAMEREN HIGGINBOTHAM, who went 5-for-11 en route to 12 points along with five boards and four steals.

Mott's loss dropped their record down to 1-14. As for Center Line, their victory bumped their record up to 15-4.
