After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Plainedge, Island Trees was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 34-13 margin over the Oyster Bay Baymen. The victory continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with the Baymen: they've now won seven in a row.

Island Trees now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Oyster Bay, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.
