Basketball Recap: Meadowcreek Find Success + How To Watch

On Tuesday Meadowcreek's undefeated season almost came to an end. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Mae Jemison Jaguars 67-65. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Mustangs have posted since February 12th.

Enzo Wea had an outrageously good game as he dropped a double-double with 19 points and 13 boards. That's the most rebounds he has posted since back in January. The team also got some help courtesy of Jayden Beckham, who put up 14 points and eight boards.

Meadowcreek smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 24 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 14 offensive rebounds every time they've taken the court this season.

Meadowcreek's record is now 6-0. As for Mae Jemison, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 5-1.

Coming up, Meadowcreek will face off against Holy Innocents Episcopal at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Mae Jemison, they will take on Pinson Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
