Basketball Recap: Wheatland Takes a Loss

Wheatland lost against Greenwood back in December of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Mules took a 63-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Blue Jays.

Wheatland now has a losing record of 3-4-1. As for Greenwood, their victory bumped their record up to 5-2.

Wheatland and Greenwood will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matchups. The next time the Mules see the court they'll take on Richland at 3:30 p.m. on January 2, 2026. As for Greenwood, their break will end when they face Mansfield at 6:00 p.m. on January 9, 2026.
