Softball Recap: Batavia Takes a Loss

Batavia fell victim to St. Charles East and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Fighting Saints, falling 10-0. The Bulldogs just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Batavia's record is now 7-23. As for St. Charles East, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games. That lines up perfectly with their 24-8 record this season.

Batavia will host Wheaton-Warrenville South at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for St. Charles East, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 9-2 win against Central on the 12th.
