Volleyball Recap: Crandon Takes a Loss

Crandon kicked off their season on the road on Tuesday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell 2-0 to the Southern Door Eagles. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.

The win (which was Southern Door's third in a row) raised their record to 3-1.

Crandon will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Wabeno/Laona on September 6. As for Southern Door, they will be taking part in a tournament against Shiocton at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
