DeSales won the last time they faced Sunnyside Christian and things went their way on Saturday too. The DeSales Irish came out on top against the Sunnyside Christian Knights by a score of 71-62. Winning may never get old, but the Irish sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

DeSales' win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Sunnyside Christian, they moved to 5-4 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. DeSales and College Place will round out the year against one another at at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Sunnyside Christian, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Mabton at 7:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
