Soccer Game Preview: Bob Hope vs. Splendora

The Bob Hope Eagles will head out to square off against the Splendora Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Bob Hope can't be too happy about their upcoming road match considering what happened when they opened their season away from home on Friday. They lost 7-0 to Bridge City. Bob Hope have struggled against Bridge City recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for Splendora's offense. They came up short against Hargrave on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

Bob Hope suffered a grim 5-1 defeat to Splendora when the teams last played back in January of 2022. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Eagles were down 4-1.
