It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 72-38, which was the final score in the St. Croix Central Panthers's tilt against the Menomonie Mustangs on Saturday. The matchup marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

St. Croix Central has traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-14 record this season. The victory made it two in a row for Menomonie and bumps their season record up to 12-9.
