Volleyball Recap: Lakeside Lutheran Takes a Loss

Lakeside Lutheran was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Edgewood Crusaders. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Brianna Dahlie paced Lakeside Lutheran's offense, picking up six kills. Dahlie got some help from Ivy Buchholz and her eight assists.

Addie Oeth had a dynamite game For Edgewood., getting five digs and two aces.

Lakeside Lutheran's defeat dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Edgewood, their win bumped their record up to 10-4.

Lakeside Lutheran wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against West Bend East on the 13th. As for Edgewood, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Westosha Central on the 13th.
