Corunna won the last time they faced Stockbridge and things went their way on Saturday too. The Cavaliers walked away with a 2-0 win over the Panthers.

Corunna not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Stockbridge to exactly 16 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-16.

Zoey Sellers-King paced Corunna's offense, picking up seven kills. Sellers-King got some help from Emily Reichert and her four assists. Rachel Steinacker and Hailyn Dietz kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Corunna's victory bumped their record up to 6-7-3. As for Stockbridge, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-9.

Corunna wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Bath on the 20th. As for Stockbridge, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 1-1 tie against Eastern on the 20th.
