Basketball Game Preview: Fort Walton Beach Vikings vs. South Walton Seahawks

The Fort Walton Beach Vikings will head out to square off against the South Walton Seahawks at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Fort Walton Beach's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four matchups.

Last Saturday, Fort Walton Beach strolled past Bay with points to spare, taking the game 61-44.

Arnold typically has all the answers at home, but on Saturday South Walton proved too difficult a challenge. They came out on top against the Marlins by a score of 50-43.

South Walton has been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-7 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.4 points per game. As for Fort Walton Beach, they now have a winning record of 9-8.

Fort Walton Beach didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against South Walton in their previous matchup back in November of 2024, but they still walked away with a 59-54 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Fort Walton Beach since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
